TSCRS Member Discounted Fee Policy:
To qualify for the member discount, you must first complete the payment of the 2025 annual membership fee (NT$2,000). The payment for the 2025 membership fee is now open, and we encourage you to complete it along with your registration fee in a single transaction (registration fee + NT$2,000 annual membership fee).
All receipts will be provided on the day of the event.
For domestic doctors, payment should be made primarily via bank transfer. If using postal remittance, please specify in the remarks.

Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the 3rd GYO Summit & 20th TSCRS Annual Meeting. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organizer.
The Registration and Abstract Submission System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.
3rd GYO Summit & 20th TSCRS Annual Meeting respects your right to privacy and complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
In practical terms, the information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways: attendance report, congress registration, payment processing, and communications.
We will take all reasonable steps to guarantee the safety of the data you provide to us and we will only use the data for the intended purpose. However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.
We do not disclose your personal data to outside parties except as set out in this policy.
We may share your personal data where you have given permission. For instance, if you attend an industry sponsored event at the Congress and allow your badge to be scanned, this will be taken as consent to share your contact details with the sponsor concerned so that they can follow up with you directly.
We also reserve the right to enforce our site policies in order to protect our rights and the rights of other individuals in a manner that is safe and compliant with the law.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. For example, we may disclose the total number of visits to our website.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the the 3rd GYO Summit & 20th TSCRS Annual Meeting Secretariat by email at [email protected].
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by May 12, 2025, will be accepted and registration fees will be fully refunded. For written requests received by May 30, 2025, your registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of US$50 per person, per meeting. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Congress only.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 12, 2025, or non-attendance at the Congress.

Summit Information
The 3rd Global Young Ophthalmologist Summit will take place in Taiwan from June 13 to 15, 2025, in conjunction with the 20th Taiwan Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (TSCRS) Annual Meeting.
